Lorena Mae (Clucus) Pfeffer

Lorena Mae (Clucus) Pfeffer, 81, of Massillon, formerly of Batesville, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton.

She was born August 6, 1942, in Batesville, a daughter to the late John and Helen (Cline) Clucus.

Lorena was a Christian by faith. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles and watching Nascar races. She worked for Battelle and later worked as a Postal Clerk at USPS.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Paul McGee.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis “Denny” Pfeffer, whom she married September 22, 1991; her daughters, Lori (& Jerry) VanSickle of Reynoldsburg and Paula (& Willis) McClure of Westerville; her sister, Marie Pfeffer of Caldwell; her seven grandchildren, Chris, Jennifer, Shannon, Shane, Emma (& Cameron), Blake, and Willis IV; and two great- grandchildren, Arianna and Kayden.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024, from 11AM to 1PM, with the service immediately to follow. Burial will take place at Batesville Cemetery.
